With over 30 years experience working in the real estate industry, Robert has an extensive background in property development, acquisition and sales as well as a strong legal background. He has previously held the position of Director of Raine & Horne Commercial Sydney and is currently a co-director of Raine & Horne Victoria. 

Robert has a strong history of re-positioning assets to deliver strong results for investors. 

 Robert has negotiated many significant sales and leases throughout the Sydney area and consults with the heads of major corporations, public institutions and regulatory authorities on a daily basis. 

Jason Dodaro LLB, Investment Manager

Jason has previously held multiple roles within the real estate industry, beginning his journey at CBRE before moving on to Propertylink and Elanor Investors Group as well as spending time with a private developer focused primarily on Eastern Seabord industrial assets. 

With his legal and asset management background, Jason brings a strong attention to detail to all projects and he works diligently to deliver strong returns for Norton Capital's investors.
